Wow, I can't believe it's been a year and a half since I wrote anything here. I guess no one looks at it anyway. Now I spend all my time on Facebook.

Cards, Cards, Cards

Played Euchre again today, but had no luck at all. I will be playing again tonight, so maybe my luck will change??? Not! But it's fun anyway!
Last night I went to the PM Dinner sponsored by the Juilliard Senior Center at the Eagles. We had a good meal and I won one of the raffle prizes, a bottle of Pink Catawba wine. Hey, that's not bad! After the dinner, Ed and I went to the Louisville Middle School to see the 6th grade play, "Hankerin' Hillbillies". Ed's granddaughter is in it, in the chorus (it's a musical). The kids did a good job. I think a couple of them should try out for American Idol when they are 16 years old.
The past few days I have been working outside in the flower beds since the weather was so good. It's in the low 70's now. That's about it for today.

Just came back from my daily walk. The sunshine is really invigorating. I love this time of year!

Ho Hum

This is my first attempt at creating a blog. Hope it's not too boring! Today is a lazy day. Went to Casino night last night at the Alliance Senior Citizens Center. Didn't win anything but had a wonderful time. The meal was delicious. Retirement is still great, playing Euchre several times a week.
